Advisory services across all thematic areas will be available in response to SeedSAT recommendations and emerging trends. These advisory services will support the permanent actors in a country (e.g., the Ministry of Agriculture, seed trade association, breeders, seed producers and processers, seed distributors, etc.) as well as donors and partners contributing to funding.

CESSA technical experts shall share analysis with and advise development partners and public and private permanent actors.

Examples: Experts who can aid in developing quality assurance in both private sector and government; economists to help with demand forecasting; business development service suppliers who can be embedded with seed companies or seed trade associations; breeders who can assist with EGS production; linkages to equipment suppliers.
